The Warrant collection is a hard wearing range of semi-solid timber flooring that is suitable for Underfloor Heating. This tongue and grooved range is ideal for secret nailing, gluing to concrete, and floating.

Warrant offers three layer engineered cross ply construction with the 'sound' and feel of solid flooring, ideal for any home or comercial premises.

The (20mm) three layer construction creates a floor with optimal stability.

• Firstly the 6mm top layer provides a solid floor like look, feel, and sound.
• The 12mm birch plywood core layer minimises
  vertical expansion and contraction.
• The bottom layer consists of a 2mm long grain, semi hard coniferous veneer that reduces horizontal expansion.
  
  All boards have a 1mm side bevel.
